Feeling winter (a restorative workshop).

DECEMBER 8TH from 1:30P TO 5P

with Lindsay Dombrowski + Evan Walpert

*Restorative Asana + Breath Work + Yogic Sleep + Jin Shin Jyutsu *

How to sustain a steady-comfortable (sthira-sukha) relationship to sensitivity, rest, and replenishment.  A practice to hibernate between the holidays.

  • Relaxation postures: all the props + all the blankets for all the self-support

  • Guided breath work for inner warmth

  • Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) for a reset of the nervous system to a state of calm

  • Jin Shin Jyutsu: a meditative experience revealing subtle energy flows. An ancient healing art.

Ultimately, a workshop aimed at recognizing tensions, releasing them, and developing the capacity to catch and hold the light from within outwards.
