How to sustain a steady-comfortable (sthira-sukha) relationship to sensitivity, rest, and replenishment. A practice to hibernate between the holidays.
Relaxation postures: all the props + all the blankets for all the self-support
Guided breath work for inner warmth
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) for a reset of the nervous system to a state of calm
Jin Shin Jyutsu: a meditative experience revealing subtle energy flows. An ancient healing art.
Ultimately, a workshop aimed at recognizing tensions, releasing them, and developing the capacity to catch and hold the light from within outwards.
